Asher is an Associate in Rosenblatt's Corporate team. He has previously completed seats in Litigation, Real Estate and Corporate. He has experience advising buy-side and sell-side clients in private M&A transactions, restructurings and fundraisings across a number of sectors including leisure & retail, restaurants and engineering & construction. Asher read history and politics at McGill University, graduating with first class honours in 2021, before completing his GDL and LPC with distinction at the University of Law.
