Asher is an Associate in Rosenblatt's Corporate team, having completed seats in Dispute Resolution, Real Estate and Corporate during his Training Contract. He has experience advising buy-side and sell-side clients in private M&A transactions, restructurings and fundraisings across a number of sectors including leisure & retail, entertainment and financial services. Asher read history and politics at McGill University, graduating with first class honours in 2021, before completing his GDL and LPC with distinction at the University of Law.
