Dr Leonardo Carpentieri to Speak at ThoughtLeaders4’s International Arbitration and Enforcement Forum

Rosenblatt Law is pleased to announce that Dr Leonardo Carpentieri, Partner, International Arbitration, will be speaking at the ThoughtLeaders4 International Arbitration and Enforcement Forum on 13 October 2026 at Saddlers' Hall in London.

Leonardo will join a panel titled The Next Wave of Disputes in Amidst of Geopolitical Volatility, alongside leading international arbitration practitioners and in-house counsel.

The session will examine how geopolitical developments are reshaping the disputes landscape, including their impact on claims and defences, evolving force majeure disputes, differing approaches among arbitration centres and recent developments in investment treaty arbitration.

Dr Leonardo Carpentieri co-heads Rosenblatt Law's International Arbitration practice, advising clients on international commercial and investment treaty arbitration matters. He has extensive experience acting in both institutional and ad hoc arbitrations seated in common law and civil law jurisdictions, with a particular focus on disputes in the construction, infrastructure and energy sectors across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Africa.

Admitted as both a Solicitor in England & Wales and a French Avocat, Leonardo has represented clients in arbitrations under the rules of major arbitral institutions including the ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, ICSID, CAM and PCA. In addition to his disputes practice, he advises on project support and investment treaty planning, helping clients maximise protections available to foreign investors.
