R3 Annual Conference
Tania MacLeod and Madeleine Binkley of Rosenblatt Law will be attending the R3 Annual Conference, taking place 6–8 May 2026 in Budapest, Hungary.
This year's conference marks a pivotal moment, with 2026 representing 40 years since the introduction of the Insolvency Act 1986. The theme, "Learning from the past and the present, leading into the future", sets the stage for a programme that celebrates the profession's resilience and innovation over four decades, while looking ahead to shaping the future of policy, practice and regulation.
Rosenblatt Law is looking forward to connecting with colleagues across the restructuring, turnaround and insolvency profession. If you're attending and would like to arrange a meeting with Tania or Madeleine, please get in touch.
Arbitration Energy Disputes
We are pleased to share that Leonardo Carpentieri, Partner in International Arbitration at Rosenblatt, will be speaking at a panel on energy arbitration in Edinburgh on 20 April.
The event is organised by the Franco-British Lawyers Society and co-hosted by the Scottish Arbitration Centre and the Ciarb Scottish Branch, bringing together practitioners from across jurisdictions to discuss key considerations in choosing the seat of arbitration in energy disputes.
The discussion is particularly timely in light of the increasing complexity of energy projects, heightened geopolitical risk, and the inherently cross-border nature of such disputes.
